Our Company
Our name, Summit Property Group Saskatoon, is new! We were formerly known as Outback Oasis Contracting. In 2023, we decided to venture into property maintenance and, since then, have operated as Summit Property Group Saskatoon.
Before we were into property maintenance, we specialized in metal cladding, framing, concrete, and roofing—and we still do. Our name may have changed, but our scope of work remains the same.

Summit Property Group Saskatoon is COR certified and is proud to say, “We have developed a safety system we can stand behind.” Risk management and mitigation are paramount at multiple levels of our audit practice. Hazard assessments, as well as daily inspections, are an essential part of each of our crews’ start-up practices and are reported in real time.
